In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) and the French loi pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique (LCEN), anyone may report content they consider unlawful, in particular content that infringes their image rights or privacy, violent or sexual content, or any other infringement of third-party rights.
How to report
Send a message to contact@sipix.eu stating:
- the link (URL) of the page concerned and, if possible, a description enabling the content in question to be identified;
- the grounds for the report (breach of image rights, unlawful content, etc.);
- an explanation of the reasons why you consider the content unlawful;
- your contact details so that we can reply to you, and, where applicable, a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information provided is accurate.
How your report is handled
Every report is examined as promptly as possible. When manifestly unlawful content is brought to our attention, it is removed promptly. If you provide your contact details, we acknowledge receipt of your report and notify you of the decision taken. When content is removed or restricted, the person who uploaded it may obtain the reasons and challenge the decision by writing to us.
