How do you share your wedding photos with your guests?
Create your event on Sipix, then share its link or QR code with your guests: on the invitations, the menus, a sign at the entrance. Everyone sends their photos, videos and voice messages from their phone, and it all lands in one shared private gallery that you control.
Do my guests have to install an app or create an account?
No, none. Your guests scan the Sipix QR code or open the link in their browser, and that’s it. It works on older phones too, built so grandparents can join in as easily as the best man.
Can guests send videos and voice messages?
Yes. On Sipix, videos join the gallery just like photos, in original quality. Voice messages stay private: only the couple can listen to them, and every message is transcribed automatically.
How do you get all the photos back after the wedding?
You download the complete archive from your dashboard: photos and videos in original quality, written notes, voice messages and their transcripts. It’s included in the price, no extra charge.
Are the photos compressed?
No. Sipix keeps the original files exactly as they are, and that is what you find in the archive. A lighter copy is used only to display the gallery quickly.
Are our wedding photos private?
Yes. The gallery is visible only to people who have the link, and you can protect it with an access code. No advertising, no tracking, and your data is never sold.
Can I check the photos before they become visible?
Yes. Turn on approval before publishing and every upload waits for your go-ahead; you can also hide or delete any photo at any time. Neither the slideshow nor the gallery ever shows anything against your rules.
Does an artificial intelligence analyse our photos?
By default, yes. An AI run in France, by a French provider, holds back sensitive content before it goes live and transcribes the voice messages, never a stranger. You can switch it off entirely in your settings; from then on, not a single photo, video or voice message is analysed at all.
How long do the photos stay online?
It depends on the plan: 1 month from the big day on Free, 12 months on Complete, 3 years on Premium. Well before the deadline, Sipix reminds you by email to download the complete archive. After that, everything is permanently erased from our servers.
How much does Sipix cost?
Your guests’ photos are free: gallery, slideshow, automatic sorting and the complete archive. The Complete plan, €59 as a one-off payment, adds videos, voice messages, all themes and the album online for a year; Premium, €99, keeps it online for three years. No subscription, no extras.
Is Sipix GDPR compliant?
Yes. Your content stays yours alone, your data is stored in the European Union, the AI analysis can be switched off, and deletion at the deadline is real and permanent, not just a recycle bin. Sipix is designed in France.
