Three plans, one payment
Sipix is free for the photos of the day. A one-off payment adds videos, voice messages, all themes and the album online for a year (€59) or three years (€99). No subscription, no hidden extras, and never a charge to get your photos back.
Free
- Unlimited guest photos, private gallery, live slideshow with the QR code reminder, automatic sorting and moderation, guest access code.
- Online for 1 month from the big day, then permanent deletion: 14 days of uploads during and after the party, then 16 days to download everything or upgrade to Complete.
- The complete archive in original quality, free, before deletion.
- Two design themes. No videos or voice messages; the album opens on the big day, never earlier. Fair use: 30 GB and 5,000 files.
Complete (€59, one-off payment)
- Everything in the Free plan, plus your guests’ videos (up to 500 MB per file, no recompression), private voice messages, transcribed, and opening the album before the big day (getting ready, the hen do, the photo shoot).
- Online for 12 months after activation, plenty of time to collect, relive and download everything at your leisure.
- All design themes, complete archive included (the full list of features is here).
- Fair use: 500 GB and 20,000 files, well beyond even a very large wedding.
Premium (€99, one-off payment)
- Everything in the Complete plan.
- Online for 3 years after activation, so the album is still there for your wedding anniversaries.
- The same promise of real deletion at the deadline, with the same reminders.
Changing plan
At any time, right up until the album is deleted, you can move from Free to Complete or Premium, and from Complete to Premium, paying only the difference in price. Videos and voice messages can’t be captured after the big day: to have them, choose the plan beforehand.
Engagements, birthdays, christenings, communions and other celebrations
The same features, sized for a party. The Free plan is identical, and the paid plans cost less because they cover lighter use.
- Complete: €29, Premium: €49, as a one-off payment.
- Fair use: 50 GB and 5,000 files per event.
What you will never pay for
- No price per guest: share the link as widely as you like, from the best man to your great-aunt.
- No fee to get your files back: the complete archive in original quality is included. Some platforms charge for the final download; never here.
- No subscription that keeps running: a wedding is an event, not a monthly service.
- No hidden extras: slideshow, voice messages, moderation and access code are all in the price.
Questions about the price
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once, for one event. No recurring charge, no automatic renewal.
Does getting our photos back cost anything?
No, never, whatever the plan. The complete archive in original quality is included. Your memories are never held to ransom: that is our commitment.
What happens at the deadline?
Well before the deadline (1 month from the big day on Free, 12 months on Complete, 3 years on Premium), we remind you by email to download your archive. After that, everything is permanently erased from our servers. Your memories live with you, not with us.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no limit on how many events you create, and the complete archive stays free. It doesn’t include videos or voice messages, the album opens on the big day (never earlier) and stays online for 1 month rather than a year. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time, with a billing address in the European Union.
